Ron was very helpful in explaining everything he needed to do. He wasn't shy about offering up every option available (which I appreciated) but wasn't pushy to sell me service I didn't need or want. He listened to what I had to say, knew I was trying to be economical and delivered exactly what he said he would and now my A/C is as good as new.

Jason and Ron worked so hard for 2 long days on probably the 2 Most humid, hot days we've had in Michigan installing AC, FURNACE, HUMIDIFIER, WIFI THERMOSTAT, etc..........as stated these 2 were very professional, kind and Patiently spent as much time as needed to educate us on the new systems ..... Much more involved than the old 'on-off'' so 'Computer Programing' should be added to their job description !

Serviceman came out the same day that I called, even though they were a little short handed. When he arrived he was polite and took the time to explain to us what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. Next day I came home from work about 4:30 to discover the AC had stopped working again. Called, and again he was at my home within the hour (or so). He was very professional and issue was resolved within minutes.Very pleased with the service. Could not ask for more. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Tim & Jason were awesome service technicians. These two guys went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was done professionally starting with communication all the way to how things looked aesthetically and we would highly recommend Accu-Temp to anyone. We had an oversized furnace (which had cracks in the heat exchanger) and an a/c that kept losing Freon (due to a leak in the a-coil). We took the time to get 3 quotes. Our decision was between a Carrier and a Lenox. Both of which are good units. Decided on Accu-Temp and the Lenox because they had a little more to offer over their competition. Also was disappointed in the competition when it came time for us to tell them that we weren't going with them. They weren't willing to accept the answer "No" and move on. I feel we made the right choice. Hats off to Bob and his team at Accu-Temp!!
