I just received the installation, so I cannot rate the product well at this time. The delivery service was very good. It was prompt, and when we had to delay delivery because of family reasons, you accepted graciously. Upon delivery date the technicians were expedient and thorough.

My recent experience with Accu-Temp was a posituve one in all respects from talking to the dispatcher to signing the bill at the end. The dispatcher was very pleasant and truly interested in pleasing me. The technician was friendly and very professiojnal. Although the actual problem was a minor one he took the time to check a few things out and offer some helpful tips. He was definitely the kind of person I would want representing my company!
