We were fortunate to have Sheri back to do Pre-season maintenance on our furnace! She is knowledgeable and professional. Our older General Brand, Furnace humidifier is too expensive to repair and too expensive to replace at this time. We would appreciate knowing the cost to remove and block off the lines and heat pipe that connects the furnace to the humidifier. An electrical selinoid with a plugged water orfice to disconnect too??

The technicians were on time, called before they came, put on booties to protect the carpet. They did a thorough job of inspecting the furnace and air conditioner, showed me how to keep the drain tap clean and gave a thorough check of all components. They were friendly and professional.
