I am SO glad I called Accu-Temp for my furnace repair. Bob was professional, friendly, respectful and truly treated me like a valued customer. Most of all, he showed great integrity by completing some basic cleaning and maintenance that fixed the problem and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. The previous quote I received from a different company involved replacing some costly parts. Bob was able to use his knowledge to avoid that scenario, even though he had the parts in his truck and could have easily sold them to me.
