Eric was professional, courteous and a knowledgeable person. I am very happy with the entire company. I have used them in the past and this is why I called them again.

Amazing service as always - could not be more pleased

From start to finish the guys knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before they left.

I am pleased with the timely fashion that the company and Eric have provided service to me whether it has been on my furnace or A/C. I appreciate that kind of attention.

Good service. Friendly worker. Timely

These guys are neat-niks. Always cover their shoes; always thorough with their service. I can be confident they're not trying to sell me on unneeded extras.

Brooks encountered something amiss with the furnace installed by someone else. He notified the office & they obtained warranty info. Homeowner usually have to do this. Above and beyond service.

Service was excellent, arrived earlier than scheduled after calling ahed. This worked well for me.

My A/C unit was not running on the outside and I was eager to get it fixed. I spoke with Bob whom I believe is the owner. He sent Ron out within 2 hours. Ron was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to remedy it with little hassle. He even stuck around for a while to make sure everything was running properly. Great customer service is sometimes hard to find but not at Accutemp. They were honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer them in the future.

Tim and Andy were terrific at all aspects of the work they did installing our heating and cooling system for Accu-Temp

Brooks serviced our air conditioner and our furnace. The air conditioner was a mess. The furnace was old. He didn't rush through and discussed every move and the cost of it before he proceeded. I feel very confident that both areas are in good shape!

A few weeks after Accu-temp had performed the customary Spring check-up, it seemed that an air conditioner was not working as it should. I called Accu-temp. That same afternoon, a technician arrived...my concern was unfounded. The air conditioner was working fine once the proper adjustments were made to the thermostat inside...which was the homeowner's error...not Accu-temp's. My concern had been responded to promptly, efficiently, and politely. Thank you, Accu-temp! Five stars!!

Jason did exactly what he was called on to do, make sure our systems were running well.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my problem -- no charge!
