Accutemp did an amazing job installing a new furnace and central air system into my home. The installation staff ( Andy, Tim and Jason) as well as the office staff ( Bob and Jannette) were all very knowledgeable, polite and professional. My wife and I also liked how they put rugs down to protect our carpet and hardwood floors. This installation could not have gone better. Very impressed with Accutemp, I highly recommend them.

Eric was a very efficient, knowledgeable young man. He was also a very nice, polite fellow. He explained all the things that he found wrong with the furnace, and what he did to fix the problems.

The installers were very neat and polite. They did a great job in making sure we were satisfied before they left and they cleaned up after them selves. No messes.

My service tech was knowledgeable and explained all the repairs very well! Tried to upsell but decided I wasn't ready for a new system just yet. The only drawback is I wanted it invoiced to my company Kubinec Strapping and have it paid for from there but unfortunately Bob was unavailable to approve the transaction so I paid for it! In hindsight I should have written a check and asked it to be held until approval was received.
