The job started on time. Preparing and cleaning the job site was fantastic. Installation was very professionally done. Dealing with the Accu- Temp team again has been a great experience.

As first time home owners, things like 18-year-old furnaces are new territory. We knew it was at the end of it's intended life, just didn't know when it would finally go out. That day came when it was single digit temperature outside and we needed someone fast and reliable. Accu-Temp had someone out within a couple hours, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and above all honest about the situation and what the real options were. The blower motor went out and although it could be replaced, probably isn't the economical route to go when the furnace is that old. We had a brand new one ordered and scheduled to be installed first thing the following morning as it'd be an all day job. The installers were there promptly when we were told they would be and got right to work carefully laying mats to keep the area clean. At the end of the day we had a new furnace, air cleaner, humidifier, thermostat, sheet metal / duct work, wiring, PVC, etc. all professionally installed and with the highest attention to detail. We were thoroughly impressed with the way everything was so neatly installed and tucked up seamlessly. The whole area looks so much cleaner now. Not only are the products and service great, but they stand by their work with incredible warranties. We will be looking up Accu-Temp next time the need comes and highly recommend them.
