Six estimates from local companies, Accu-Temp price is well below my other quotes. The new furnace is beautiful. The shiney new pipes and vents are all routed and secured out of the way. The work done is perfect. Tim and Andy tucked a gas line in a gap so small, they must be magicians. If I were President I would make Tim and Andy fix every house in the country!

Brooks encountered something amiss with the furnace installed by someone else. He notified the office & they obtained warranty info. Homeowner usually have to do this. Above and beyond service.

He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to remedy it with little hassle. He even stuck around for a while to make sure everything was running properly. Great customer service is sometimes hard to find but not at Accutemp. They were honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer them in the future.

Brooks serviced our air conditioner and our furnace. The air conditioner was a mess. The furnace was old. He didn't rush through and discussed every move and the cost of it before he proceeded. I feel very confident that both areas are in good shape!

A few weeks after Accu-temp had performed the customary Spring check-up, it seemed that an air conditioner was not working as it should. I called Accu-temp. That same afternoon, a technician arrived...my concern was unfounded. The air conditioner was working fine once the proper adjustments were made to the thermostat inside...which was the homeowner's error...not Accu-temp's. My concern had been responded to promptly, efficiently, and politely. Thank you, Accu-temp! Five stars!!
