No, I haven't been offered any benefit for giving this review. In addition to needing a furnace tune-up, I had a duct fan issue. Ron arrived, jumped on the complicated issue first, tackled multiple potential causes for the malfunction, explained what he was doing and the technical, scientific reasons that underlied his investigation, and was admirably thoughtful and thorough in his work. He has an excellent vocabulary, explained clearly why specific work is done during a furnace tune-up, and demonstrated surprising knowledge about his trade. He was professional, clearly enjoyed his work, cared about being as effective as possible, was motivated to do the job "right the first time", and his level of service exceeded any of our expectations. He attends seminars on the latest issues and products involving his trade. Wow.
