Eric did good job with the repair and it appears to be working fine. Would have been good to get an estimated price before the job was completed. Prior replacement of the same TPRV was done while the unit was still under warranty so the cost was significantly less. Still don't like paying a diagnostic fee when there is an obvious issue that I've already identified and turns out to be correct, with the service tech having to spend minimal to no time diagnosing. The coupon we had defrayed that a little so thanks for that.

Our appointment for service was met in a timely manner. Ron was very skilled, diligent and capable. He was informative of the processes that would further the betterment of the furnace (filters etc.) maintaining the cleaning of the humidifier and also the air conditioner...loved the covering over the shoes inside...so impressed!

My tech did a great job he's a good guy I would be glad to have him back.

I called this morning for an appointment and even though I know that Accu-Temp had a busy schedule that day, Ron came out that afternoon. Ron performed the service quickly and with great care.

Ron was on time. Appreciated office calling me to confirm technician was on the way. Ron did a very nice job, and cleaned up the work area appropriately.

Service was great, buts the parts are to expensive.

Here's a company that gives honest evaluations of your systems and doesn't' try to trick you into unnecessary repairs.. Super nice personnel and knowledgeable.
