NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Every item comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any item. All items that are returned must be in original package and must never have been installed or used. No items may be returned after 30 days.
Items must be returned at your expense, there is no refund on any shipping costs.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
All orders are shipped UPS ground on the next business day, we can ship over night at your request, for an extra charge.
If an error is made on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Prior to your return, please notify our office. All return shipments must have authorization for proper credit. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
If your package was damaged in shipment, please call our office at 517-548-1555 before returning.
If for any reason you refuse shipment, you will still be liable for all shipping costs.
