Accu-Temp Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc, operates from a 6,000-square-foot, state of the art facility located on Grand Oaks Drive in Howell, MI. We have seven fully-equipped service and installation vehicles. The location provides easy dispatch and quicker response times for our customers. Our service vehicles are "Warehouses on Wheels" fully stocked with OEM factory parts for the highest quality repair of your equipment.
We know you are busy and your time is valuable, waiting on a contractor to order parts and make another trip back to your home or business is the last thing you want to do.
We have the most comprehensively stocked service vehicles in Livingston County, enabling us to have a higher percentage of "One Stop" service calls, which is more convenient for you!

We sell Lennox heating and air conditioning products, Aprilaire humidifiers, Aprilaire air cleaners and service all other makes and models. In addition, our technicians are EPA certified to handle refrigerants and receive constant training to provide top-notch service that only Accu-Temp can give you and your family.
Accu-Temp is a Dave Lennox Premier Dealer and has been located in Livingston County since 1984. To maintain a consistent level of performance, Accu-Temp must pass a Lennox Quality Dealers Standards Program bi-annually. Lennox requires its dealers to meet a series of standards that measure commitment to customer service, employee relations, productivity and financial responsibility.
To help meet these standards, Accu-Temp is well-staffed, employing four full-time NATE Certified service technicians, two NATE Certified installation crews and a complete office staff. Customer service is our main concern.
Customer Assurance Flat Rate Pricing
Accu-Temp uses the Customer Assurance flat rate pricing; which means the customer is charged by the job, not the hour. Not everyone works at the same pace. This way, the customer isn't charged any different for an hour of work compared to two hours. There is a diagnostic fee and then the repair is made. Customer Assurance pricing and a one-year warranty on parts and labor give customers the safety of knowing they are being served well.

 We are proud of our highly-trained Accu-Temp crew. Pictured from left to right are Tim, Jason, Shaun, Jim, Todd, Andy, and Randy. Together they combine for more than 30 years of experience.
Jeannette Juras (below) is our Office Administrator and is in charge of the day to day operations of our service and installation departments as well as dispatching, billing and scheduling.
These employees are our backbone for customer service as they oversee all office operations, customer appointments, and timely service dispatching.
